1. No Refund on Advance Payment
We do not offer any refunds on advance payments made by clients for any of our services.


This advance is collected to:

  1. Reserve time and resources,

  2. Initiate project planning and preliminary work,

  3. Cover operational costs involved in the early stages of the engagement.

As our services are tailored, time-bound, and often involve immediate allocation of expert resources, the advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, including project cancellation by the client or changes in scope or priority.

2. Transparent Communication of Refund Policy


Before entering into any formal engagement, we ensure that the client is informed about our refund policy through our general mode of communication, which may include:

  • Email correspondence,

  • WhatsApp/business chat,

  • Official proposals,

  • Service agreement documents,

  • Verbal discussions followed by a written confirmation.

We encourage clients to review our refund policy carefully prior to making any payments. Proceeding with the advance payment confirms the client’s understanding and acceptance of our no-refund policy.

3. Exceptions


There are no exceptions to this policy unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. Any additional terms or special cases must be clearly documented and mutually agreed upon.

4. Client Responsibility


It is the client’s responsibility to:

Read and understand the refund policy shared via our standard communication platforms.

Clarify any doubts regarding the service scope, timeline, or payment terms before making the advance payment.
